Vehicles
Very Important:
Have your vehicles off the driveway and moved away from your building by 7:00 AM on the day(s) your building is scheduled to prevent damage.
Suggestions for a Problem-Free Roof
- Remove patio furniture, grills, and property from decks/patios as well as fragile wall items — contractor is NOT liable for such damages.
- Remove all pet waste before project begins.
- Close window coverings during the day while work is underway.
- Notify us of any special or delicate plants/shrubs so we can protect them.
Clean Up
- Site cleaned during the day and at end of each day.
- Lawn swept with magnetic "nail-finder" to reduce leftover nails.
- Tools and materials kept neatly organized and out of the way.
Conditions Beyond Our Control
- Existing structural issues such as loose plaster, sagging rafters, nail-pops, or previously rotted materials.
- Scheduling delays due to weather or emergencies. We will do our best to minimize any disruption.
Landscaping
If there are any special or delicate plants or shrubs, please notify us before the job starts and we will protect them as best as possible.
